Business class program
The Investor The Investor must have a provable net worth of $800,000 legally obtained Canadian Funds. The investor must place $400,000 with Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) for a term of 5 years and 2 months without interest.

The Entrepreneurs
The Entrepreneur must own and/or actively manage a business in Canada.
Entrepreneurs must demonstrate business experience and a minimum legally obtained net worth of $300,000 Canadian Funds.
The Entrepreneur must commit to managing and owning at least one-third of a business of a defined size for at least one year, within the three year period of landing here in Canada.
The Self Employed
The Self-employed person is required to have either:
Relevant experience that will enable them to make a significant contribution to the cultural or athletic life
of Canada; or
Experience in farm management and the intention and ability to purchase and manage a farm here in Canada.
skilled worker classes
Foreign Nationals lend their skills to Canadian employers to support and expand the Canadian economy.
Before a Work permit is granted three of the following must occur:
An employer must first offer you a job.
HRSDC must then confirm your job offer and provide you with a labor market opinion.
After HRSDC confirms that a Foreign National may fill the job, we will make the application for your Work Permit.
A minimum paid full time work experience requirement must be met. Your job must also be mentioned on the National Occupation Classification list.
A proof of funds must also be demonstrated.
Your language skills in English and/or French will be evaluated. Your language skills are an important factor for consideration regarding the granting of your Work Permit.
sponsorships
If you are 18 years of age or older and are a permanent resident living in Canada, you may be able to sponsor your family members who also want to live in Canada.
Sponsors will have to commit 10 years of support to those they successfully sponsor.
You may sponsor relatives or family members abroad if they are:
parents and grandparents;
spouses, common-law or conjugal partners 16 years of age and older;
dependent children, including adopted children;
children under 18 years of age whom you intend to adopt;
brothers, sisters, nephews, nieces or grandchildren who are orphans; under the age of 18 and not married or in a common-law relationship; or
you may also sponsor one relative of any age if you do not have an aunt, uncle or family member from the list above who you could sponsor or who is already a Canadian citizen, Indian or permanent resident.

Visitor & Work Visas, and Study Permits

Not all Foreign Nationals require Study Permits. If your education program is 6 months or less, you may not require a Study Permit. However, if you feel you may be changing your program duration, a Study Permit may be recommended.
